사용성(usability)과 유용성(usefulness)

사람들은 일반적으로 사용하기 편한 도구를 사용하려고 한다. 그러나 사용하기 불편하더라도 자신에게 유용하다면 얼마든지 그것을 사용하려 할 것이다.
